Thermal Mass flowmeter calibration is a specialty of
Graftel, Inc.'s flow calibration facility. With a range from 1
SCCM to
1,500 SLPM and a range of calibration gases including Argon,
Nitrogen, Oxygen that can be be utilized in the calibration process.
Graftel's labs also perform calibrations on your Mass flow
controllers as well.
Graftel also has the ability to oxygen clean your meter if
it becomes fouled due to use. Our labs can clean and adjust
