 500 GPM 17025 Accredited NIST traceable liquid flow calibrations now available

 Graftel's Labs are open to your business to perform ISO-17025 accredited NIST traceable liquid flow calibrations up to 500 GPM.

 Our newest high-flow liquid system uses a high-accuracy Coriolis meter in conjunction with a  time-mass weighing system to give  reading of up to 0.1% of reading accuracy at flow rates up to 500 GPM.

Our current ranges for our ISO-17025 accredited and NIST certified 500 GPM flow-calibration systems:

  • 500 Gallons Per Minute

  • 30,000 Gallons per hour

  • 1900 Liters per minute

  • 113,500 Liters per hour

 Graftel Maintains four NIST traceable primary liquid flow calibration systems utilizing water* as the calibration medium. Three systems use a static gravimetric method. The fourth is supplemented by  a high-accuracy Coriolis meter. These four systems cover overlapping ranges so that they may be checked against each other. Below are the descriptions of the four primary standards. 

*Water can be utilized to represent many different non-oil based fluids. With a simple mathematical correction factor, almost any liquid can be represented. If you are unsure about whether we can perform your liquid flow meter calibration, please contact us with your questions.

Liquid Primary A

The system’s flow rate range is 0.001 to 0.5 gpm, (0.001 to 1.89 slpm). The pressure range is 0 to 1000 psig, (0 to 69 bar). The best measurement capability is 0.06% of reading.  

Liquid Primary B

 The system’s flow rate range is 0.05 to 5 gpm, (0.189 to 18.9 lpm). The pressure range is 0 to 1000 psig, (0 to 69 bar). The best measurement capability is 0.06% of reading. 

Liquid Primary C

The system’s flow rate range is 1 to 100 gpm, (3.8 to 380 lpm). The best measurement capability is 0.06% of reading.

Liquid Primary D

The system’s flow rate range is 50 to 500 gpm, (190 to 1900 lpm).  The best measurement capability is 0.10% of reading.
